Why obtain accreditation from the Institute for Excellence in Writing (IEW)? Accreditation assures parents and learners that their instructor will teach from obtaining practical experience. Obtaining accreditation has the instructor completing the exact units she teaches her students. This means the instructor is reading source texts from each unit, creating key word outlines (KWO), writing rough drafts, adding stylistic techniques to paragraphs, and typing that final draft. Likewise, the instructor is experiencing the ups and downs of writing a great paper. Most importantly the instructor will understand when a learner struggles to comprehend a concept or produce a paper they are proud of. Accreditation will provide practical experience which can be shared with students.
